You must not share your credentials with any other person. 68jil strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. You agree to notify 68jil immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 68jil shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
68jil is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You acknowledge and agree that 68jil may request, at any time and at its sole discretion, documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and/or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and may lead to account closure.
All 68jil account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Where a game or bet is denominated in a foreign currency, conversion will apply at rates determined by 68jil at the time of the transaction.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 68jil may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances, as permitted by applicable PAGCOR guidelines. Players will be notified by email or SMS prior to any dormancy fees being applied. 68jil will take all reasonable steps to return any remaining balance to the account holder before applying fees.
68jil accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select other Philippine banking channels. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
Deposits are credited to your 68jil wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 68jil is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems, banking procedures, or GCash/PayMaya processing times outside of 68jil's control.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts held in your own name and that match the details on file with 68jil. Before processing any withdrawal, 68jil may require full KYC verification to be completed. Withdrawals are processed in the order received, subject to verification requirements.
68jil aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day of approval. 68jil reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal of funds pending investigation where there is a reasonable suspicion of: fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory obligations.
68jil is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing regulations. All players are subject to AML monitoring. 68jil may be required to file suspicious transaction reports (STRs) or covered transaction reports (CTRs) with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) without notifying the player concerned. Providing false information or engaging in structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds are serious offences.
Each game available on the 68jil Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game's mechanics and payout calculations.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 68jil will take all reasonable steps to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game outcome cannot be verified with certainty due to a technical failure, 68jil reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 68jil's decision in respect of game malfunctions is final. No winnings will be paid on the basis of a malfunction.
Minimum and maximum wagering limits apply to all games and betting markets on 68jil. These limits are displayed within each game and within the sportsbook interface. 68jil reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice, including applying individual player limits where 68jil determines this is appropriate for risk management purposes.
All sports bets placed on 68jil — including markets on PBA, NBA, UAAP, UFC, boxing, sabong, and international football — are subject to the 68jil Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms. 68jil reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets at revised odds where there is evidence of an error, corruption, or irregularity affecting a sporting event.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by 68jil are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted into withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is specified in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the stated validity period; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
68jil prohibits bonus abuse in all forms. 68jil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from system downtime, maintenance periods, or technical malfunctions beyond 68jil's reasonable control.
68jil does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure your device and network are adequately protected.
You may close your 68jil account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, 68jil will process any outstanding withdrawals of real-money balance (subject to KYC verification), void any outstanding bonus balances, and deactivate the account. Account closure does not affect any accrued rights or obligations.
68jil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 68jil reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) you have provided false information; (c) your account has been compromised; (d) your continued use poses a regulatory, compliance, or financial risk to 68jil; or (e) closure is required by PAGCOR or any applicable law.
Where an account is closed for reasons of bonus abuse, fraud, AML, or material breach of these Terms, 68jil may forfeit all account balances. In all other closure scenarios, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder through an available payment method.
68jil reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, unless earlier implementation is required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory direction. The effective date of any revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the 68jil Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by agreement between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
